We are currently having issues with our registration software. Please include the name of the book you purchased if you need help creating your member account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

1. If you have lost or forgotten your password, please use the 'reset password' link to create a new one.
2. We recently rebuilt ukulele.io from the ground up. Some users have experienced login issues because their browser or ISP is showing them the old version of the site which is no longer live.
Try clearing your browser's cache by following the steps below. Sometimes clearing your browser's cache won't solve the problem because your ISP might save an old copy of the site for 30 days.
Click on the three dashes in the top right corner. Click on History in the menu on the left. Click on Clear browsing data on the bottom. Your browser cache is now empty.
From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select "Everything".
Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
You can login from:
Home page, top menu bar, furthest right choice. If you do not see the login option, try scrolling right or making your window bigger.
Home page, footer menu option, also on the far right.
Getting Started for Free. Scroll down a little and you should see a red login button.
By the way, you must first create an account before you can log in. To create an account, find your book. Look inside for a section about to create an account at ukulele.io Enter the secret registration url into a new browser window. You will be taken to a page where you can create an account. Once you have created an account you should be able to log in using the links described above.
Please send us a screen shot of what page you are seeing and a description of the problem you are having. This will help us debug your problem. Here are directions on how to take a screenshot:
1. Hold down Shift, Option (this key usually has a symbol on it and is near to Ctrl and Alt on the keyboard). and press the number 3.
2. Open application “Preview”. Go to File/Take Screen Shot/From Window
